The Education Data Collection Engine (EDGE4) is the complete online data management solution for School Boards to centrally manage student and staff resources. Compatible with all Student Management Systems, EDGE4 filters and displays board-wide data in a variety of easy-to-read formats.

Modules: Edge4 is divided into the following modules, each with designated user access levels.

Special Education: Enable users to understand the demographics of students with Special Needs. With up-to-date information presented in appropriate formats, users can provide targeted services that best support the students.

Features: School Profiles and Board Wide System Reports, Specialty Support Services, Specialized Equipment Inventory, Specialized Transportation and Administration sections.

IEP: Enable users to complete IEP reports online. The Special Education Module captures much of the data required for the IEP report (exceptionalities, inventory, courses, health support services and more). As a result, there is no need to re-enter data in another application.

Features: e-mail reminders, deadline notifications and the ability to track report progress.

ESL: Enable users to understand the demographics of ESL students.

Features: Reports on Country of Origin, First Languages, English Language Acquisition Levels, Provincial Testing Exemptions, ESL teacher schedules and more.

Community Partners: Enable colleges, universities and community agencies to view aggregate student data, as they transition from post-secondary school to their chosen pathway.
