Our beloved Nathan Deslippe

Nathan Deslippe was a beautiful, kind, caring soul who wanted only to help and motivate people. He inspired so many with his mentoring, guidance, encouragement, support and personal example.

His death is a tragedy.

We are so sad to have lost our son who had so much potential and meant a lot to so many people. The posts to his Facebook page are overwhelming in describing the young man that we love so much. Nathan loved his family, his dog Gyzmo and his many friends. He excelled at his work at, MLD Solutions Inc., Yoga Shack, and his leadership businesses. He achieved so much in his short time including his yoga certification, John Maxwell certification and more.

Nathan Deslippe is a bright light that has been dimmed but will always be remembered.

The Nathan Deslippe Memorial Fund

Nathan was a community builder. No matter where he went, no matter whom he spoke to, he carried a presence of positivity and dedication that inspired people. His influence on our community is something that will endure.

A foundation has been established in Nathan's memory to carry on his legacy.

The following link leads to the Canada Helps: London Community Foundation site. Please scroll to the bottom of the page and select Nathan Deslippe Memorial Fund to donate.

Each year a portion of the funds will be distributed to a worthy cause that Nathan would support.

This year, a portion of the funds will be forwarded to ReForest London.

For Nathan

"His Smile"

With breathless wings,
upon golden horizons,
a mourning dove rings,
a loving smile sings.

The night’s brightest star
no darkness can take away,
no anguish can extinguish.

Fear not.

I am not gone.
I am there,
do you see?

Find me there,
in our reflection.

and you shall see me.

and you shall know me…
Feel me once more.

For I live on
in your smile.

So goodnight sweet babe,
and so long for a while.
Look to your dreams,
I’ll be there,
waiting with a smile.
