Scheduling Phone Calls in Your Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Would you like to be able to schedule phone calls to your customers for a future date? See it in Outlook and receive a reminder?

Tracking Calls Completed

Creating phone calls from an account or contact form through the activity pane automatically marks it as completed. Also, the form only offers some of the fields for entry.

This is perfect for when you’ve just finished a phone with your contact/client/customer/constituent.

Planning Ahead

For those times when you’d like to schedule a phone call for a future date, use the Create button at the top of your screen. You are then able to set a Due date and time for the call.

If you have Outlook synchronized this will then appear as a task in Outlook and a reminder will pop up appropriately.

You will need to search for the account or contact as this is not added automatically.

You can use this method of creating a phone call from any screen within Microsoft Dynamics CRM!
